Deputy Principal

We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Wellard Village Primary School (PS) is centred on a culture of powerful relationships where all key stakeholders work collaboratively for positive student outcomes. We are looking for staff who are team oriented, highly collaborative and possess an ability to work in a team.

Wellard Village PS has a culture of excellence in teaching and learning. Our staff have a shared understanding of contemporary quality teaching and whole school pedagogy. Developing the whole child is a priority for our staff. Together we ensure that we balance curriculum delivery with social and emotional learning and physical health and wellbeing. We utilise Positive Behaviour Support to set high expectations for our learning environment, ensuring all students are safe and accountable.
