School Improvement Officer – Research, Analytics & Evidence

Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced Teacher to join our School Improvement Services Team in a role focused on research, analytics and evidence-informed school improvement.

Reporting to the Head of School Improvement, you will work collaboratively with principals, leadership teams and teachers to strengthen data-informed decision-making, evaluate improvement initiatives and support better learning outcomes for students across the Diocese.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your educational expertise with research, technology and analytics to help shape system-wide improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and synthesis of school and system data to identify improvement priorities.
  • Support schools through inquiry processes and evidence-informed planning.
  • Build capability in data literacy across schools and diocesan teams.
  • Administer key assessment platforms, including ACER PAT and NetID.
