Role description

We are seeking an outstanding educator and leader to join our Diverse Learning Team as the Gifted Education Coordinator, commencing Term 1, 2027.

This whole-school middle leadership role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the College's bespoke enrichment model for high potential and gifted learners across Years 5-12. Grounded in student data, responsive to individual learning needs, and informed by emerging best practice in boys' gifted education, the model is designed to ensure every gifted learner is appropriately identified, challenged and supported to achieve excellence.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with College leaders, teachers, students and families to drive a strategic and evidence-informed approach to gifted education. The role is ideally suited to an experienced teacher with knowledge and experience working with gifted students who is passionate about creating meaningful enrichment opportunities that foster academic growth, intellectual curiosity and student wellbeing.

This is a Permanent Full-Time teaching position with up to 0.8 FTE time release (subject to timetabling) and a three-year (1-point) promotional appointment for the Gifted Education Coordinator position.

Job description
