Your Opportunity
Are you an experienced and passionate educational leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference across a Primary School community? We are seeking a dynamic and relational Deputy Head of Primary to join our Primary leadership team from 1 January 2027.
Working alongside the Head of Primary and Primary Head of Teaching and Learning, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Primary School, supporting staff, partnering with families, and championing student wellbeing and behaviour. This is a significant leadership opportunity for an authentic and servant-hearted Christian educator who can inspire others, build high-performing teams and contribute to high-quality educational outcomes where students and staff thrive.

Your Role

  • Support the Head of Primary in providing strategic and operational leadership across the Primary School.
  • Deputise for the Head of Primary when required.
  • Provide leadership of student wellbeing, pastoral care, behaviour and engagement.
