Role description
The Opportunity
Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) is seeking an experienced Identity Services Specialist to support the delivery, security and continuous improvement of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.
You will administer and enhance identity platforms that support staff, students and contractors across 101 Catholic schools and the Catholic Education Office. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work with contemporary technologies while improving security, user access and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Support the integration and onboarding of applications to IAM services.
- Manage and troubleshoot authentication, authorisation, provisioning and single sign-on services.
- Monitor identity services, platform performance and security events.
- Lead and support identity governance activities, including access reviews and role-based access controls.
- Identify risks, resolve complex incidents and drive continuous improvement.
About You
We are seeking someone who:
- Has experience working within complex enterprise ICT environments.
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Has experience administering enterprise IAM platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory.
- Has experience with PowerShell, Terraform, APIs or other automation tools.
