Position Details:

Mary MacKillop Catholic Community Primary School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Catholic educator to join our Leadership Team in 2027.
We are looking for a highly relational leader passionate about Catholic education, developing teacher capacity and improving outcomes for every student. The successful applicant will demonstrate contemporary educational practice, effective leadership and a strong commitment to collaboration, professional growth and the strategic direction of our school.

Mary MacKillop Catholic Community Primary School is a co-educational primary school catering for children from Kindergarten to Year 6 with an enrolment of 450 students. Our school has a strong connection with Mary MacKillop Parish, creating a welcoming and supportive community grounded in our Catholic identity. We place a strong emphasis on pastoral care, inclusion, dignity and the development of the whole child, celebrating and embracing students and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

An integral part of our school community is the St Joseph’s Centre, which provides specialised support for students with diverse learning, social, emotional and additional needs. The Centre works collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure students are included, supported and provided with opportunities to participate meaningfully in all aspects of school life.
