Your Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Classroom Support Assistant to join the staff of Shalom College, Bundaberg. This is a term-time continuing position for 35hpw, commencing from Term 1, 2027 (27th January 2027). 

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing targeted one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with additional learning needs, to enhance engagement, participation and learning outcomes.
  • Assisting with the identification, assessment, and monitoring of student learning needs, and supporting the implementation of educational adjustments and inclusive learning strategies.
