Role description
Indulkana Anangu School is located on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands in the far north of South Australia. Guided by our school values of kunpu (strong), wanganara (respectful), and arkara (try your best), we deliver quality education to children and young people in Indulkana community.
Indulkana is a well-resourced remote community, home to the vibrant Iwantja Arts Centre, a community store, and a health clinic, located approximately 50 km from Marla off the Stuart Highway.
We nurture and help our students to develop skills as leaders of tomorrow in both Anangu and Western culture.
We are seeking a passionate specialist teacher to teach across all year levels to join our team at Indulkana Anangu School. Art has been a strong focus in previous years therefore the ideal applicant will be able to teach art, however other specialty subjects will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, a commitment to cultural responsiveness, and a keen interest in fostering positive learning experiences for students across all years.
