Role description


We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are actively seeking education support teachers with displayed experience in the education support context. Suitable applicants should have exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills, displaying a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As an Education Support Teacher you would establish a positive and inclusive classroom, develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other specific plans as required, undertake assessment, data collection and report writing.

Suitable applicants should display exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices. The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued.

As a member of our team, you would leverage high-impact teaching strategies and showcase experience in designing and delivering engaging programs for students with high support needs including the use of AAC devices and multi-sensory approaches. The ability to differentiate curriculum and assessment to meet diverse student needs is desirable.
