About the Role

MCHF is seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our College as Leader of Learning - English for Secondary. Reporting to the Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning and Head of Curriculum, this middle leadership position provides strategic leadership for the English faculty, driving excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and student achievement across Years 7-12.

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an accomplished English educator who is passionate about leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of academic excellence and inspiring a love of literature, language and learning. The successful applicant will lead curriculum innovation, support staff growth and ensure students are equipped with the literacy, critical thinking and communication skills needed to thrive in a contemporary world.
