Role description

Position Details:

Expressions of Interest are invited for full-time Classroom Teacher positions, with the potential for ongoing employment, commencing in 2027. Opportunities may exist across Early Childhood and Primary year levels.

Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers, graduate teachers completing their studies in 2026, and teachers currently undertaking a Limited Authority to Teach (LAT) pathway who expect to meet registration requirements for commencement in 2027.

The successful applicants will:
• Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education
• Demonstrate excellence in teaching
• Be passionate about students’ learning and development

Selection Criteria: 
Applicants must be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education and demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in the following areas:
• Understanding of the Five Teacher Practices: 
• Quality relationships
• Learning design
• Instructional range
• Engagement
• Place, space, and technology
• Ability to collect, analyse, and engage with student data to inform teaching and learning
• Capability to work cooperatively and collaboratively, with a willingness to participate in reflective practice


Qualifications Required: 
• Appropriate teaching qualifications
• Relevant Accreditation requirements (or willingness to obtain)
• Current TRBWA Registration and Working with Children Card
