Location: Good Shepherd Catholic College, Mount Isa

Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances + Middle Leader Allowance Tier 2.C ($16,280 per annum pro rata)

Incentives:  IPRASS and ITAS Allowance

 

Good Shephard Catholic College, Mount Isais seeking an experienced and dedicated Acting Middle Leader - Pastoral.

This is a full-time, fixed-term tenure for the 2027 school year, concluding on 3 December 2027.

The Curriculum Leader supports the mission of Good Shepherd Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.
