Program Coordinator - Community Leader

We are seeking to establish a pool of Community Leader  Program Coordinators for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The school stands on the bank of the Avon River and has a proud and rich history of providing a comprehensive curriculum to students in Years 7 to 12 from the Northam and surrounding Wheatbelt districts. With over 650 students, we are the largest school in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.

The Role

As the Program Coordinator – Learning Community, you will work collaboratively with the Principal and members of the Senior Leadership team to provide educational leadership within the school and the wider community. You will develop and promote the school’s vision for academic and artistic excellence, encouraging school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school’s goals and creative direction.
