Role description

Centenary State High School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Teaching Staff Supervisions and Human Resources Officer (AO4) to coordinate the school's daily teaching staff supervision program and provide human resources administration support.
The primary responsibility of this position is the coordination of teaching staff absences and daily supervision arrangements to ensure continuity of learning and the effective operation of the school. Human resources administration functions are undertaken as a secondary responsibility.
This is a fast-paced operational role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic secondary school environment.
