Trinity Bay State High School is seeking an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Teacher Aide (Identified) to support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander English as an Additional Language (EAL) Program.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the educational outcomes and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at Trinity Bay State High School through targeted in-class support.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Years 7-12, many of whom are boarders from remote communities across Cape York, the Torres Strait and beyond.

The position is offered at 25 hours per week, plus 12.5% SJM hours, worked across five days.
