About the Role   

The Pastoral and Transition Coordinator is a key wellbeing and leadership position responsible for coordinating programs that support students and families as they transition into and through College life. Working collaboratively with staff, students, families, feeder schools and community partners, the successful applicant will lead transition initiatives, support student wellbeing and engagement, mentor student leaders, and contribute to a positive, inclusive and connected school community.
