Role description

Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026.

Our College is passionate about our Performing Arts program where students discover their voices, grow in confidence, and bring stories to life on stage.  Our Narre Warren South campus is seeking a Performing Arts Administrator (FTE 0.9) who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the heart of creative work.  You will manage the administration and coordination of our annual productions and key Performing Arts events in both Primary and Secondary schools.

This role plays an important part in supporting our Performing Arts program by enabling teachers, students, and volunteers to deliver outstanding productions and events.  You will oversee logistics, communications, volunteer coordination, and event operations, to help bring each performance to life.It is a wonderfully varied role where you will make a genuine impact on our College’s Performing Arts program.
