Lauriston Girls' School is seeking an outstanding educational leader to join us as Deputy Head of Senior School – Academic Excellence and Growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to lead teaching and learning within the Senior School and work closely with staff and students to foster academic excellence, growth and aspiration across Years 7 to 12.

Reporting to the Head of Senior School, the Deputy Head of Senior School – Academic Excellence and Growth provides leadership for curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, reporting and academic achievement across Years 7 to 12. The role oversees the successful delivery of Lauriston's VCE and IBDP programmes and is responsible for ensuring high standards of learning, academic progress and student achievement across the Senior School.
