St Andrews Christian College is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Learning Support. This full-time, permanent position is located in Wantirna South within the Learning Support department. As the Head of Learning Support, you will be responsible for leading and managing the provision of support for students with diverse learning needs. Your main tasks will include:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for Learning Support across the Primary and Secondary Schools.
  • Lead and develop inclusive education policies, programs and practices across the College.
  • Provide expert advice on disability, learning difficulties, inclusive education and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Lead the College's NCCD process and oversee relevant funding and equity applications.
  • Support the identification of learning differences, appropriate assessment pathways and the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
