Role description

Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026.

Based at our Narre Warren South campus, this full-time Property Manager position offers the opportunity to provide leadership and oversight of the College's facilities and grounds, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and equipped to support the life and mission of the College. The role will commence in December 2026.

This role will suit an experienced people leader who takes satisfaction in creating a safe, well-cared-for environment that operates effectively. You will be motivated by the opportunity to bring together and steward the people, spaces, resources, and services that support learning and community, making a tangible contribution to the daily operations of the College.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have experience in managing facilities, grounds, and maintenance of a complex site, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day needs. Experience working in a school environment will be highly regarded.
  • Have experience as a people leader, building positive relationships, and working collaboratively with staff, contractors, and service providers, to ensure the College community is well supported and served.
