Role description

We welcome applications from experienced and skilled saxophone instructors to join our thriving co-curricular music program from Term 4, 2026.

You will join a highly motivated, collaborative and supportive Music team. This is an ongoing position, currently at 5 hours per week with the potential to increase the instrumental load over time. Tuesday is the preferred working day; however, Monday or Wednesday will be considered.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Plan and deliver high quality saxophone instruction to students across a range of year levels and abilities

  • Prepare students for performances at key school events

  • Prepare students for AMEB examinations

  • Manage administrative tasks including maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performances and progress
