About the role
Ivanhoe Girls' Grammar School is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Head of Athletic Development to join our Sport Department on a casual basis commencing in Term 4, 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate athletics professional to lead and develop high-quality athletics programs that inspire participation, performance and personal growth in students from Grade 5 to Year 12. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting students participating in Girls Sport Victoria (GSV) and School Sport Victoria (SSV) competitions while fostering a positive and inclusive sporting culture.

- Experience in athletics coaching, exercise programming and school sport.
- Knowledge of strength and conditioning principles for both team and individual athletes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
