Mercedes College is seeking an experienced and approachable Administrative Officer (ESO4) to join our Administration l team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a capable administrator who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoys building positive relationships, and delivering exceptional administrative and customer service support.

This opportunity offers:

  • Permanent ESO4 position under the South Australian Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement
  • 37.5 hours per week across 41 weeks of the year
  • A diverse role combining reception, executive administrative support and operational coordination
  • The opportunity to work closely with students, families/caregivers, community and College leadership
