The Director, HR and Injury Management Business Partnering is responsible for delivering high-quality advice and support to schools and business areas across the Education Directorate. The role partners with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational guidance on workforce matters, employee relations, injury management, workforce planning and organisational change.
