This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2027
Waroona District High School (DHS) is a small yet distinctive Independent Public School that places the needs of our students at the centre of all that we do. Our vision is for Waroona DHS to be the school of choice in the local community.

The Role
The successful applicant should demonstrate a strong understanding of the Department of Education's Teaching for Impact framework and a commitment to high-impact, evidence-based instruction. Applicants with knowledge of explicit teaching practices, including structured lesson design, daily review, guided practice and checking for understanding, will be highly regarded. The ability to utilise student achievement data to inform planning, monitor progress and adapt instruction to meet student needs is essential.
