KSC1. Stakeholder Engagement, Consultancy, and Professional Writing

• Strong capacity managing relationships with stakeholders and providing expert ICT consultancy.
• Excellence navigating end-user communication to resolve technical issues and action tasks.
• Ability writing clear professional correspondence, instructional documentation.

KSC2. Client Device, Deployment, and Incident Support

• Experience running service desk workflows, processing incident reports, and restoring services efficiently.
• Experience setting up and managing Mosyle MDM, Apple School Manager and Volume Purchasing Program with the DET environment.
• Audit and track licenced software purchases and subscriptions.
• Track record troubleshooting client devices, managing IT assets, and supporting peripheral hardware.
• Experience with COMPASS

KSC3. Systems, Server, and Virtualisation Administration

• Proven experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows based client and server operating systems.
• Expertise managing machine virtualisation across server, client, and network storage infrastructure.
• Skills deploying core server applications, managing internet traffic, and maintaining physical databases.

KSC4. Network Infrastructure, Security, and Identity Management

• Demonstrated capability designing, configuring, and supporting physical, virtual, or wireless networks.
• Strong knowledge managing directory services to secure user, device, and network identities.
• Aptitude implementing and monitoring robust information security controls to protect company assets.
