Position Purpose

The primary purpose of the position is the management and processing all aspects of accounts payable within the CASES21 Finance system in accordance with DET policies and guidelines. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring budget allocations across faculties, programs, and school projects, and providing timely financial reporting and advice to staff. 

The position is also responsible for maintaining all assets  purchases and disposals in CASES21, and the use of the Asset Information Management System (AIMS).

 

The position also provides back-up to other Administration staff in need, including reception duties and First-Aid.
