Location Profile
Lead the Future. Shape the Senior School.
At Peninsula College, we're not your average school ¿ and this isn't your average leadership role. We're looking for an experienced, strategic educator to lead our Senior School: driving whole-of-cohort improvement, building staff capability, and steering the delivery of our senior school programs ¿ including the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, the Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network (ASDAN) and the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) ¿ alongside work experience and transition planning that sets our students up for real, meaningful futures.
This is a rare opportunity to shape senior school practice from the ground up, working alongside a forward-thinking leadership team that's reimagining what specialist education can be.
¿¿ Why This Role, Why Now?¿¿ Build Something from the Ground Up
Join a newly formed leadership team at a pivotal moment for Peninsula College's Senior School. You won't be maintaining someone else's programme ¿ you'll be leading the design and continuous improvement of our senior school offering, from Duke of Edinburgh and ASDAN through to VPC delivery, senior pathways framework and post-school transition model.
¿¿ A Role with Real Scope
This is a sub-school leadership position with genuine influence ¿ over staff practice, over curriculum, over the culture and outcomes of the Senior School as a whole. You'll work directly with the Principal class and across teams to lift teaching quality and embed pathways thinking from Year 7 through to graduation.
¿¿ A Genuine Step Up
