Senior Corporate Services Consultant - School Support

Program Kaartdijin are seeking to establish a pool of Senior Corporate Services Consultants – School Support for for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during Term 3 2027 and up to the end Term 4 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Program Kaartdijin (the Program) has been established to develop a functionally fit, technologically robust solution to replace the current School Information System (SIS), and adding contemporary features that provide schools with better quality data and oversight. The Program focuses on providing solutions that meets the operational needs of schools and the reporting and management needs of the Department at large. The Program’s vision is to provide a modern administrative and finance solution connecting people, processes and systems for school communities now and into the future.

The Role

As a Senior Corporate Services Consultant – School Support, you will be a key source of support, providing responsive guidance and mentoring to new users of the Kaartdijin solution. 

The Program is commencing Phase 2 deployment of the solution, which will include the new integrated finance system.  Over the coming months we will be deploying the new system and financial processes to schools, providing comprehensive training and support for each school along the way.
