As a Casual Relief House Parent, you’ll provide practical day-to-day care, supervision and encouragement while helping maintain the rhythms and relationships that make our boarding community feel like home.

About this role – Casual Relief House Parents

As a Casual Relief House Parent, you will support the College's boarding community when additional or replacement coverage is required. You’ll help provide a safe, nurturing and structured environment for students while supporting their wellbeing, daily routines and participation in boarding life.

This role is well suited to someone who is relational, dependable and calm, and who understands that caring for young people is about more than supervision — it is about being present, building trust and providing consistent encouragement and support.
