Role Overview
The Secondary Science Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality Science lessons across the Secondary School. The successful candidate will foster curiosity and scientific thinking, support a diverse range of learners and contribute positively to the academic and pastoral life of the College.
The ability to teach across multiple areas of Science is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated and effective Science lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum.
- Develop learning experiences that foster scientific inquiry, critical thinking, problem-solving and curiosity.
- Assess, monitor and evaluate student learning and progress, using data to inform teaching practice.
- Provide appropriate differentiation and support to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
