Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Middle Leader Allowance $13,024 per annum  

Incentives: IPRASS Allowance

 

Good Shepherd Catholic College, Mount Isa is seeking an experienced and dedicated Middle Leader - Science. 

This is afull-time Teaching role with a fixed term appointment to the Middle Leader position. 

The Middle Leader supports the mission of Good Shepherd Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership. 

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.

To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
