The Geelong College invites expressions of interest from passionate, innovative and dedicated educators seeking teaching opportunities across our Early Learning, Primary and Secondary Years in 2027.
We welcome applications from outstanding teachers across a broad range of subject areas and year levels who are committed to delivering engaging learning experiences, fostering student wellbeing and contributing to the rich life of our College community.
Successful applicants will work within a collaborative and supportive environment that values excellence in teaching, innovative, professional growth and the holistic development of every student. Teachers are also expected to contribute to the pastoral life of the College and actively support the Christian ethos of the School.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
- Relevant educational qualification and experience in a similar teaching role
- Current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration
- Current Certifications in:
- First Aid (HLTAID011)
- CPR (HTLAID 009)
- Asthma Management
- Completion of either:
- The College's anaphylaxis training, or
- Accredited course: 22578VIC - Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis
