We require a Head of Science to commence January 2027.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience in educational leadership & curriculum development
• The ability to inspire, mentor & support teachers
• The ability to teach Chemistry and/or Physics will be viewed favourably

The successful applicant will:

• Be supportive of the College’s ethos and vision
• Be energetic, proactive and able to demonstrate initiative
• Have high level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively.

St Paul’s College Teachers are responsible for providing quality content and continuity of learning experiences for students; the delivery of best quality programs, teaching and learning activities and the achievement of student outcomes for all students within the subject area. All teachers are expected to contribute to the pastoral program at the College, via responsibility as a Care Group Teacher.

Our Lutheran Co-Educational Day & Boarding College is nestled in the rural setting of Walla Walla (30 minutes north of Albury). Students are drawn from local communities, the cities of Albury and Wodonga, the Riverina and North Eastern Victoria. The College has 330 students, of whom 80 are boarders.
