Role description
Rouse Hill Anglican College is seeking to employ a full-time leader of student wellbeing, which primarily involves:
- Leading proactive initiatives to promote positive student wellbeing.
- Ensuring that the identified wellbeing needs of Junior School students are professionally and sensitively addressed.
- Either supporting and equipping classroom teachers, or directly managing, student misconduct.
Christian teachers with experience managing student wellbeing, and preferably with experience leading a staff team, are warmly welcome to apply.

Specific Responsibilities
Student conduct
- Work with Junior School Stage/Grade Leaders to provide practical advice to teachers on how they manage lower-level student behaviour issues.
- Directly manage significant and/or complex student conduct issues.
- Provide clear and timely feedback to class teachers on how student conduct issues have been managed.
- Assist Stage/Grade Leaders and class teachers to write behaviour plans and other documents that are needed to effectively manage student conduct.
