Migration Toolkit
Get from registered to sponsor-ready, without the guesswork
A guided path through state registration, your AITSL skills self-check, and a one-page sponsorship pitch a school can actually act on — pathway information always shown side by side, never ranked or recommended.
The real cost of getting it wrong
These fees are real, and mostly non-refundable
Registration, an AITSL skills assessment, and a skilled visa application are the three biggest costs on this path — and a missing document or a mismatched status is the kind of mistake that costs you real money to fix, not just time.
AITSL skills assessment
$1,154
AITSL only partially refunds ($946) if your assessment hasn't started yet — once it begins, there's no refund at all, incomplete or wrong documents included.
Skilled visa application (e.g. subclass 190)
$6,140+
The base application charge for the main applicant — before any dependants, and non-refundable if the application is refused.
The toolkit doesn't reduce these fees — nobody can. What it does is lower the chance you pay one of them twice, by keeping your document checklist and registration status accurate as you go instead of finding out something was missing after you've already paid.

Track every state you're registering with, in one place
Status is never something you set yourself — it's derived from your own checklist, so it's always an accurate reflection of what's actually done.
Illustrative — your own checklist depends on the state(s) and subject level you select.
What's inside
Registration tracking, per state
Real document checklists for every state and territory teacher regulatory authority, so you know exactly what's still missing for each state you're pursuing.
AITSL subject self-check
Rate your own confidence against AITSL's subject content topics before you submit — a self-reflection tool, not a substitute for the assessment itself.
Sponsorship pitch, one page
Once you're registered, download a one-page PDF summary you can hand to a prospective school — built from your own profile, ready to go.

This is general information, never migration advice. Every pathway is shown side by side — we don't rank or recommend one for your specific situation, and we're not a substitute for a registered migration agent where you need one.
Frequently asked questions
No. This is general information, presented side by side and never ranked or recommended for your situation. For advice specific to your circumstances, speak to a MARA-registered migration agent.
No. Those fees are paid directly to AITSL and the Department of Home Affairs and aren't included in the toolkit's price. The toolkit helps you avoid submitting incomplete or mismatched documents that would cost you those fees again.
The sponsorship pitch step unlocks automatically, as soon as your registration checklist shows you're registered with that state.
