Role description
The Team
Supports carers to provide safe and supportive homes for children and young people who are unable to live with their parent/s.
About the Role
As a Practice Leader with Out of Home Care North West lead, support, encourage and represent Child Safety Officers and Support Workers openly and consistently in the day-to-day delivery of services to children, young people, parents and carers. The Practice Leader acts as a role model for their team and the broader service.
We are offering
- Permanent opportunity - Starting 1 October 2026
- Full-time work, 76 hours per fortnight
