Role description

Administration Officer

Commencement Date: Monday 31 August 2026 (or earlier if negotiated)

Employment Type: Term Time, Permanent Position | 38 hours per week

Salary Range:  SOF Level 3: $34.17 - $35.62 gross per hour + 12.75% superannuation

About the Role

The Administration Officer appointed will be an integral part of our school office team. Along with general administration duties, the successful candidate will manage our enrolment process and will be the first person potential families will speak with when making an enrolment enquiry. The person in this position will form strong relationships with existing families being the primary office contact and will demonstrate competency involving the application of knowledge with depth in some areas and a broad range of skills.
