Role description

Make a real impact at Sunbury State School as our Family Support Coordinator.
In this role, you’ll help children and families transition confidently into school by strengthening attendance, behaviour, and engagement. You’ll work closely with teachers and early childhood partners
to create welcoming learning environments and connect families with vital community and government services that reduce barriers and support student success.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.60FTE), 43.50 hours per fortnight.
