Role description
Central Queensland Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive and relationship‑focused Youth Support Coordinator who is passionate about helping young people thrive.
In this role, you’ll build strong connections with vulnerable and disengaged students, provide individual case
management and group support, and link young people with the services they need to overcome barriers to learning. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, using your communication skills, empathy, resilience and sound judgement to make a genuine
difference in students’ wellbeing, engagement and future pathways. Most importantly, you’ll believe in the potential of every young person and be committed to helping them succeed.
This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.70FTE), 50.50
hours per fortnight.
