About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Learning Enrichment – Primary School to join our team commencing January 2027. This position is responsible for fostering a culture of inclusion, that ensures students have every opportunity to access resources, experiences and support based on their individual needs. 

The successful candidate will bring significant experience, or demonstrated capability, in leading a Learning Enrichment team. A high level of organisation is fundamental to undertaking this role, together with an understanding of curriculum and learning support. This is a senior leadership role working within an organisation that values excellence.

Duties

As the Director of Learning Enrichment – Primary School you will: 

  • Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the Primary Learning Enrichment team, reporting directly to the Head of Primary.
  • Drive excellence in student support, intervention programs and personalised learning pathways.
