About the School

Emmanuel Christian Community School a co-educational K-12 institution in Perth’s northern suburbs has been nurturing students since 1982 and now serves over 750 students. We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced finance professionals who are called to serve in this role. This is an opportunity to contribute to our Finance department, enabling us to continue to serve this school community. This is a full-time fixed term contract from end September 2026 to September 2027 to provide parental leave cover.

There will be opportunities for professional development and mentorship. 

The successful applicant will:

Your typical day will involve:

  • Maintaining the billing systems, including TASS, MYOB and SchoolPro.

  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

  • Performing account reconciliations and other financial transactions.

  • Recording and processing invoices, receipts, and account statements.

  • Maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and files.

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
