This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026

Norseman District High School (NDHS) is a Level 5 District High School catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 (K-12). Our school has a rich history that stretches back to its inaugural opening in 1896.

The traditional owners, the Ngadju people, have a broad understanding of the land, a passionate culture and are wonderful supporters of the school. Our relatively low student numbers allow our quality and passionate staff opportunities to individualise the curriculum to meet the children’s needs. The Role

NDHS is seeking a motivated, organised Program Coordinator - Student Services to join their friendly team. Aspirational school leaders are encouraged to apply. 

As the Program Coordinator – Student Services, you will work collaboratively with all members of the school leadership team under direction of the Principal. The Program Coordinator will manage all Students At Educational Risk (SAER), contribute to behaviour management across the school (K-12) and work with the leadership team to develop a whole school Social Emotional Learning program.
