This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026

The Role
Join our team as an Education Assistant (Special Needs) and support the Department's objective of teaching and learning for students with special needs. You will ideally assist in the implementation of specialised education programs such as occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy, helping to ensure that students receive the best possible education.
You will ideally work closely with teachers to deliver planned education programs, including the use of computers and digital technologies, and will ideally be responsible for implementing individual student or small group programs or displays. Additionally, you will ideally provide feedback on education and therapy programs and will participate in the evaluation process.
