Role description


This is a 12 month fixed term, part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2027 with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency

The Role

Clifton Hills PS is seeking a highly motivated educator who will work closely as a member of the School’s Administration Team to support and lead the school. As part of this role, you will provide strategic and innovative educational leadership in the school. The successful applicant will ideally be motivated, hardworking, and a highly effective leader with outstanding interpersonal skills, professional knowledge, and proven skills in working within a collaborative team structure. Previous experience and understanding of best practice in the Early Years would be desirable.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in “job share” situations and have the ability to self-reflect, promote an environment of active and positive behaviour management, use data to drive decisions and support staff with curriculum strategies.
