Role description

BUSINESS MANAGER

Position Details
St John Bosco College invites applications from experienced and values-driven leaders for the position of Business Manager, a key executive leadership role within the College. The role commences in September 2026, or by negotiation. This is a significant opportunity to help shape the next phase of the College's development. Working in close partnership with the Principal and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Business Manager will provide strategic leadership of the College's financial, physical, technological and operational resources, ensuring their effective stewardship in support of the College's Catholic mission and strategic priorities.  As a well-established and growing K-12 Catholic College, St John Bosco College is entering an exciting period of development. The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of the College through strategic leadership of finance, facilities, information technology, risk management, compliance, marketing and operational services. The successful applicant will lead the College's non-teaching functions, contribute to future planning and capital development, and help create the conditions that enable excellence in learning, wellbeing and community engagement.
