About the Opportunity
We are seeking an engaging, enthusiastic and highly professional Head of Diverse Learning, who is passionate about inclusive education and ensuring all students are supported to learn to their best of their ability.
The Head of Diverse Learning leads and manages the Diverse learning faculty, creating an inclusive culture that promotes student learning and holistic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a collaborative learning environment, nurturing and empowering students with diverse learning needs across primary and secondary school years.
This role is Permanent Full-Time role commencing in Term 1, 2027.
- Lead and manage the Diverse Learning faculty, including Teachers of Diverse Learning and Diverse Learning Assistants.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, engaging with current theory and research in diverse learning and inclusive education.
- Support effective student learning, wellbeing and holistic growth through collaborative leadership and decision-making.
- Work closely with staff, students, parents and external partners to improve student learning outcomes.
- Support the holistic curriculum and ensure FACE elements are present within teaching programs and implemented in the classroom.
