The role provides authoritative advice to the Principal and Board on workforce strategy, industrial relations, organisational capability, and people-related risk, ensuring that workforce considerations are embedded across the School’s operations, culture and governance.

This is a full-time, 5-year contract position to commence in January 2027.  A full position description can be found on the Employment page of our website: https://www.cggs.act.edu.au/careers
