Role description
About the role
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee compliance with VCAA procedures for the conduct and administration of VCE external assessments
- Coordinate, brief, and lead examination supervisors
- Manage the secure receipt, storage, distribution, and return of examination materials
- Ensure accurate documentation, including attendance rolls, seating plans, logs, and incident reports
- Maintain an examination environment that supports student wellbeing, equity, and integrity
- Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, or breaches of examination protocols
