Role description

About the role

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee compliance with VCAA procedures for the conduct and administration of VCE external assessments 
  • Coordinate, brief, and lead examination supervisors
  • Manage the secure receipt, storage, distribution, and return of examination materials
  • Ensure accurate documentation, including attendance rolls, seating plans, logs, and incident reports
  • Maintain an examination environment that supports student wellbeing, equity, and integrity
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, or breaches of examination protocols
