About our school
St Joseph's Murgon is a Primary School offering families a parish-based, inclusive, holistic and future focused education within the Murgon area. We are a Marist school imbued with the spirit and charism of the Presentation Sisters, Edmund Rice and our First Nations peoples, with an enrolment of over 110 students spread across our seven well provisioned classroom.
We offer small class sizes and an authentic rural school setting enriched by our high percentage of First Nations students. Additionally, teachers receive approximately forty minutes of extra planning preparation and correction time weekly and are supported in all classrooms by a full-time school officer.
